Tools we are using and implementing:

• Symfony – the complete repid development framework
• SimpleTest – the Unittest framework of our choice
• Eclipse – PDT – the new PHP Development Tools by Zend and Eclipse
• Smarty – best template engine I ever worked with
• PHP-PDO
• AdoDB – a nice DBAL, but with the introduction of PDO not really necessary anymore
• jQuery – a wonderfull AJAX framework
